DJ Todd – President
Mr. Todd accepted a commission as an officer in the United States Marines Corps in 1998 and served on active duty as a helicopter pilot and Joint Tactical Air Controller for almost 10 years. During that time he deployed numerous times to Iraq, Africa and Haiti and learned how to lead teams in adverse environments. He has been an entrepreneur and in management at General Electric. Mr. Todd currently works in the financial services industry and leads part of retail operations for The Vanguard Group.
Mr. Todd holds a B.A. in Political Science and an M.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Lehigh University and FINRA licenses 7, 24 and 63.
Emily Ford – Board of Directors
Emily’s career has spanned over 15 years with experiences on diverse teams dealing with education in higher education, business, and non-profit sectors. She has a passion for innovation and problem solving, a commitment to relationship building, and a drive for problem solving. Emily has taught English as a second language in Germany, and worked in broadcasting and media production in Berlin, London and New York City. While working in higher education, Emily has served in a number of roles at Columbia University. Currently, she serves as the Director of Outreach Program and Special Projects where she has coordinated collaborative projects with a global impact and created an education pipeline for the next generation of students with the goal of expanding and diversifying student
populations in the STEM fields.
Elizabeth Puchner - Board Of Directors
Ms. Puchner has extensive experience in laboratory research including Cardio-Thoracic Research at Harvard Medical School (1961-1963), Electrical Anesthesia at the University of California San Francisco General Hospital (1963-1965), and as a Lab Manager at the Cornell Medical Center Institute for Muscle Disease and Myocardial Metabolism (1965-1970). Ms. Puchner also has extensive volunteer experience including Chair of Alumnae Admissions and member of the Alumnae Association Board at Wheaton College, various leadership positions with the East Chop Tennis Club in Martha’s Vineyard, MA, member and President of the Englewood Field Club in Englewood, NJ, and, most recently, member of the Board of Trustees at the Elisabeth Morrow School in Englewood, NJ.
Ms. Punchner holds a BA degree in Biology from Wheaton College.
Richard Bonito – Board of Directors
Mr. Bonito is currently a disaster relief specialist with the American Red Cross. Prior to serving in this capacity as a volunteer, he served as a police officer for the City of Yonkers, New York from 1973-2002. He retired at the rank of Detective Sergeant and Executive Officer of the Intelligence Division. Mr. Bonito honorably served in the United States Army from 1970-1972.
Mr. Bonito holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University and an M.A. in Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, New York.
